INbalance #3 & #4 Instructions
Use the white packet(#3) in the morning and/or afternoon.
Use the black packet(#4) in the evening 2 hours up to 20 minutes before bed.
* Use 2 teaspoons of loose tea. Bring 8oz of water to a boil, add tea. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink hot or cold.
